Shower head and hand held
It was smaller than expected. However, larger than what we had. Simple to install even with no instructions. Enjoy it so far and the ability to change the spray type is nice. The hand held is long enough to be able to wash my dogs and will simply cleaning my shower as well. Will most likely remove the small filter noted in other reviews to increase the water flow. Love the color and overall look.
Not what we expected
No water pressure and does not quite "fit " in our shower. Because of the layout and not being able to switch which side the handheld is on, the handheld is almost useless unless we want water spraying out. Will be returning
This unit looks nice and is very easy to install. It actually has more than four settings (since you can leave the selector halfway to use the head and wand simultaneously - once you remove the flow restrictor).
Nice shower head
Covers more space the handle is great has pressure on its own
Confused by water pressure complaints?
This thing is awesome, it provides great coverage and is easy to use. I'm not sure why people are complaining about water pressure since that's not the shower heads fault, the water pressure in your house is the same the only reason it may feel less with this shower head is because it's a bigger head, meaning more water flows unobstructed & in turn results in the loss of pressure. This would be the same with any large head, it's not a defect of the shower head, it's your public utility or well pump. Not exactly rocket science here. Kdiddle
