Excellent product!!

I was so impressed on how easy this was to use. I highly recommend this product! I made a zucchini grilled chicken pesto dish with the thick noodle blade. Delicious!

Love This!

Vegetation Pro works great. Easy and smooth cutting! So far we've used it for zucchini, peppers and sweet potatoes, all of the cut very easily. Sweet potatoes did stain the plastic around the blade, but that's not a problem to me. I rinsed and hand washed all the parts off right after cutting. Quick and easy! Foods cook quickly and taste delicious!

This does NOT work on hard vegetables

This does NOT work on hard vegetables like sweet potatoes, rutabaga, parsnips, daikon radish, etc. It works OK on soft vegetables like zucchini, summer squash and cucumber. I spiralize for at least one meal each day, so I do a lot of spiralizing! The design flaw is the shape and length of the prongs that are supposed to hold the vegetable against the cutting blade. If the vegetable is hard, the prongs just shred the vegetable instead of holding it. I purchased this as a second unit for our summer house - so sorry I did, I wish I spent the few extra bucks and bought a second Paderno 3-blade spiralizer. My first spiralizer was the cone-shape Vegetti and it was great for soft vegetables.

This does NOT work on hard vegetables

This item will be a hit if you love veggies. The veggetti just makes veggies a lot better if you're looking for a different way to serve them up. It doesn't make them tasted any different, so if you're not a veggie fan then you won't be a veggetti fan. My family loves it.

Yay zoodles

Listen, I tried a few other cheap items to make zucchini noodles and was not too happy about it. This item 'rocks'! I powered through 3 Zuch's in less then 5 minutes and picked out minimal seedy type ribbons. I also like that this has 3 different blades (I used the thick ribbon) and the other 2 sit securely in the base. PLUS, you can break this unit down into smaller parts if you need to however, to me this this doesn't take a lot of space in it's natural state. The suction base stuck like glue to my counter top, no problem. I did rub a light coating of Vaseline on the tracks as the crank mechanism was dragging when I tried to slide it back and forth. Not a big deal, easy fix. I will use this often and possibly for other veg/squash. If nothing else, I can quickly make Zucchini noods as I'm done with wheat products. That's what I really wanted this for and it works for my purpose.
