Very nice guitar for a beginner

I bought this primarily for my daughter (and myself for occassional use). It is light and sounds pretty good. For the price I paid, it is a great choice.

Great item for the price

Sound of the guitar is very nice! I got it as a gift for my father whose played guitar for 50 plus years and he was impressed with the quality!!

Great item for the price

Nice guitar, however, some major issues. The truss rod on mine was stuck and could not be moved in either direction. I managed to get it free with a few drops of penetrating oil, but it still couldn't take the excessive bow out of the neck. The relief was around .020. The action height was twice what it should be, and the nut slots were way too high. I sent it back for a refund, but I did like the beefy neck. The fret ends were relatively smooth, and the intonation was pretty close. The tone of the guitar wasn't bad for a laminate instrument, and the fit and finish was very good. The issue was that it was basically unplayable.

This is a great guitar for the money

I Bought 2 in different colors for my wife and myself. They are gorgeous, as expected from Gibson. Delivery to my local store only took 2 days. We are really looking forward to learning to play.
