I found it easy to put together and both my 3 year old granddaughter loves the train, but my 4 month grandson loves being in it. I feel this is going to get a lot of use.

Fun, Engaging Play Time!

The Discover and Learn Activity Center has engaged my little Princess fantastically! She's just out of the tummy mat age and now that we are starting to stand (no steps yet!) she needed something more engaging and something that would help her figure out how her legs work. She loves drooling and fiddling with all the amazing toys on this thing. The train is absolutely adorable, but I think her favorite is the piggy! It's kept her entertained while I've cooked and cleaned, nary hear a peep out of her. It was simple to put together, however it will not come apart (it locks pretty tight), which is fine with me. The train and track is detachable. I love the fact that the seat swivels all the way around, allowing her to play with everything and also see what is going on around her. It's an amazing item and she will be using it for as long as she can! I hope to grace a new mommy friend with her own at her baby shower. I highly recommend the Discover and Learn Activity Center for anyone with a growing Prince or Princess! It will keep them engaged and busy!

oGreat learning toy, but may be too small for larger babies

This is overall a very nice activity center. The train, especially, is fun for older babies to play with. Everything is in perfect reach of an active baby/toddler. If you're looking for a good way to keep baby occupied while you get a few minute to yourself (or just clean the house), this would fit the bill nicely. It's very sturdy, and feels very safe for a small child to play in. In addition, older children who are too big to fit into it also find the toys fun and interesting, which, in turn, also helps keep the baby even more occupied when an older sibling wants to hang out and play with the same toys. The few drawbacks we noticed: 1) the seat doesn't stay very well--- every time we took my 8 month-old nephew out of it, the seat came out with him. 2) The legholes are a little small, and hard to get a wiggly baby into--especially babies with extra chunky legs. 3) it's hard to get the activity toys into the center at set up. But, once they're in, they're in, and I don't think they'll be coming out no matter how hard they are pulled and tugged on by little fingers.
