Fantastic movie!

Its a good movie with great music! it starts off a little odd and has some strange parts, but stick with it and it won't let you down. I purchased this as a gift for my friend who thoroughly enjoys the movie.

Poor DVD quality

I LOVE the movie Moulin Rouge and decided to give it to my Mom as a gift. I thought I did good when she told me that she watched the movie three times, but in reality she watched it three times because the DVD played poorly - the colors and audio dropped throughout the whole movie even after cleaning the disc. I was so embarrassed that I gave her a faulty DVD. I am in the process of returning the movie. I still LOVE the movie and would recommend it to friends, but the quality of the DVD was very poor.

"Moulin Rouge"

I was looking for the old Jose Ferrer movie of the same name, but since this had Nicole Kidman, decided to try it. Knew after 10 minutes that I had wasted my money. Science fiction with terrible plot, retread music and bad acting. Tried to return it but no dice. Stay clear of this garbage.
