Nice quality ab/back workout equipment
It seems like a quality, solid workout piece. It is heavy and seems durable. The padding is think and very comfortable. I have it 4 stars bc when putting it together, 2 holes did not match up for me to put the screws through. Good thing these two holes are at the base and the equipment still stays together.
I received and assembled it FAIRLY easily, having a medical condition, this being the reason for ordering it, the bench did arrive in decent time. As stated it was fairly easy to assemble it just had a lot of screws, washers (etc.), once done I was happy to see it was sturdy made of decent piping & had good but a little to difficult to move adjusting pins and the foam offered very little padding especially the ones your hips rest on making it very uncomfortable. For certain exercises or stretching tasks, the bench itself is really short , my being 5'8" I could in no way comfortably lie down without my shoulders hanging over the end of the bench causing a lot of discomfort. By design I would have liked this to work out but unless your 5' or less I don't see how someone could comfortably use this. Unfortunately ended up returning it.
Easy to build and easy to use
Best gear for the money
I was very happy to receive this equipment. This bench is nearly Gym quality. Easily assembled. (Throw away the toy wrench they provide and use a proper box-end wrench). Nice, tough powder coating finish. Everything fits together well. The machine is tough enough to handle my weight of 220lbs. The machine makes you focus on the abs only, where most ab machines I've used tend to involve the hip flexors to some extent.
Nice versatile bench
Ive had this for about a month now, i do really like it and the versatility. I am a 240lb female and seems to be pretty sturdy for my size. Putting it together was fairly simple, if you can tighten bolts then you are good to go. So far theres two things im not too keen about. First i wish the bench was longer, im only 5'4 and its not too bad when i lay down to do sit ups but i cant imagine how it is for anyone taller. And second, the bar with the foam rollers on it i wish it locked in place when you use it to do sit ups, since the rollers just slide on the bar they keep turning as my feet are tucked under them causing the whole bar to keep dropping.
