This is very popular with our family! I make 3 boxes at a time, reserving one packet of CHEESE SAUCE for another use, and adding real butter to substitute (about 4 TLBS total.) Be sure to salt the water to boil the shells so they don't taste bland. This version is plenty cheesy and disappears fast - plus I have a cheese sauce packet set aside for emergencies!

Delicious as always. Easy to prepare and after I cook the shells I squeeze out the cheese in a bowl and add 1/4 cup of milk or maybe a little less depending on how soupy you like it...makes it so much better. Add shells and stir until all the cheese is melted. If you want pop it in the microwave to melt the cheese with the milk.
